Larkly was at New York Fashion Week!
New York Fashion Week represents the pinnacle of the fashion world, with awe-inspiring shows and industry-defining events. Now that shows are back in person, when you think of NYFW, you obviously think of fashion brands, and maybe makeup and hair care brands too. But at Larkly, we took a more experimental approach to curating an experience that fashion week attendees, as well as participants, loved.
This year, Larkly signed on as an official partner and presenting sponsor for NYFW: Runway 7 Swim and Resort Show. We experienced beautifully-crafted, fashion-forward shows and met industry leaders, designers, influencers, journalistas, and models. We were lucky enough to be able to share Larkly and build connections throughout the entire weekend.
With Larkly’s unique brush application, we were able to show models how simple this important SPF goes on. They were fascinated that it didn’t ruin their makeup (like traditional lotion sunscreen) or didn’t leave a greasy residue (like spray-on SPF does). Some models even added Larkly on last as a “setting-powder” of sorts, and were able to use it right before they hit the runway.
The whole experience provided us a platform to showcase Larkly directly to buyers, press, and other fashion industry tastemakers. The strategic alliance with Runway 7 fashion show allowed us to elevate the experience for attendees and got us in front of a valuable audience of potential customers. We are excited to continue partnerships like NYFW that align with our company’s mission and grow brand awareness.
